Custom work is governed by individual contracts or proposals, which specify scope, pricing, timelines, and payment terms. Any use of our work outside agreed terms is a breach of contract.
5. Limitation of Liability
Flux Real makes no guarantees regarding the uninterrupted operation of its digital products or website. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or third-party integration failures.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any legal disputes will be settled in the courts of Frankfurt am Main.
